Returns

Personalized items may not be returned unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. If you find an error on a personalized item, please contact us as soon as possible so we may correct it for you.

If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you may return it to us within 7 days of receiving your item. Contact us before returning the item so we can provide you with instructions on the best way to return the item. This will help you save money and insure there are no problems with the return. Returned items must be in new condition with no signs of wear. If there are signs of wear, it will reduce the refund or credit you receive. For a returned item, you can receive either store credit or a refund.

In an effort to save you money, we may ask for digital pictures of a damaged or defective item if you are able to provide them.

Product Warranty

All of our products come with a 30 day warranty. Some of our leather bags come with an extended manufacturer's warranty that extends beyond the 30 days. If you have a problem with a product within the 30 days, please contact us as soon as possible so we may help you. In an effort to save you time and money, we may ask for digital pictures of a defective item if you are able to provide them. Any item that is personalized may not be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

Book Warranty

There is a 30 day warranty you receive with your order. Please refer to it before you notify us of any returns. If any pages or groups of pages are missing, due to publisher error we will replace the book. If any pages have been glued together where print is illegible, the book will be replaced. If minor shade variation exists on some pages, but print is legible, book will not be replaced. This occurs at publishing level and is rare. Gilding, which is the gold leaf on your page edge, will be uniformly applied. Minor scratches that may appear should be regarded as normal. If scratches are deep, very apparent, where white edge of page is reappearing, resurfacing will be done for you at no charge. However, we must be notified within 5 business days from receipt of book. Leather used to cover your books is top grade cowhide or pigskin, both domestic and imported. Since leather is animal skin and not manmade, evidence of some minor creases or markings may be evident. This adds to the beauty of leather and confirms that it is genuine. Please do not misconstrue these natural markings as imperfections. When selecting your color, please note that swatches are available for previewing. Please call or e-mail us. If you choose to order your color unseen and are not satisfied with the color, we will not refund or replace your book. During the first 30 days of use, if there is a structural problem, it will surface and be repaired or replaced. After that period of time, if a problem arises, please advise us and we will do our best to help you.

Shipping

Online orders will only be shipped within the United States through U.S. Post Office or UPS. If you are placing an order from outside the United States, you must call us at the phone number listed above or e-mail us to place an order.
